Year-End Review Made Easy!

I always dreaded end of the year wrap-ups...

Who feels like doing that boring (and daunting) chore when you're trying to enjoy the holidays?!

And yet it's an important thing to do since it helps to guide you and your business for the next year. I never really had a plan, I'd just wing it, which is probably why I dreaded it so much!

Ugh, back on the procrastination hamster wheel until...I found a better way to do it!

Who else loves simple and quick?? #everybody

First, I condensed the review process into 3 smaller sections, making the whole process easier to manage-

⭐ Review
⭐ Update
⭐ Reach out

Second, I created a mini checklist for each section.

Third, I wanted to make this as easy as possible so I'd *actually* do it, I gave myself 1 hour for each section. That makes for a total of 3 hours to complete the whole thing.

Not bad, right?

If you can't squeeze out all 3 hours in one go, then carve it up and do a section per day or even week.

If you need more time that's totally ok BUT just remember, don't over think it!

And honestly, since I've had this checklist in place, the review goes so much easier and definitely quicker #winwin

Coffee Break!

A new feature I’m adding to the newsletter is the Coffee Break. Now, I know not everyone LOVES coffee as much as I do so I’ll try to include some tea related posts *occasionally*.

But for the first feature it has to be coffee and since it’s the holiday season, it’s Peppermint Mocha. That hint of peppermint makes it feel like a Christmas party in your mouth!

This is a great hack for those times you want a Starbucks but just don’t feel like getting out of your pj’s #beentheredonethat
