I’m Anna - a 4x founder with almost 33 years of entrepreneurial experience. As a Business CLARITY Coach, I’m the first stop for Solopreneurs who want to grow their business but are overwhelmed and stuck on how to move forward.
I hang out on LinkedIn every day - I call it my office.
I live in beautiful Vancouver, BC. on Canada’s West Coast.
Blessed to be Mom to my son, Matt.
Dog Mom to Rosie (a rescue Corgi) and Zula (a black Lab).
Chicken Mom to Ben, Jerry, Gertie, Michaela, Peggy, Penny, Burt, and Ernie.
Avid gardener. Salmon fisher. Recovering overthinker.

CLARITY is something I wish I had when I started my first business.
Honestly? Even my second one, too.

🔵 Why “The Lunch Box”?
Growing up, the lunch box wasn’t just a container - it was a ritual.
A break in the day. A reset. A moment to refuel.
As a Gen Xer, I remember opening up my blue lunch box and never knowing what I’d treat I’d find… a pudding cup, my favourite sandwich, maybe even a Rice Krispie square. It wasn’t fancy, but it was enough.
That’s the energy behind this newsletter.
I respect that your time is limited - you’re running a business, probably wearing 16 hats, and trying to make smart decisions in a noisy world.
So The Lunch Box is my way of delivering something quick, clear, valuable, and something you can consume in one sitting, even with a sandwich in hand!
