I started my first business over 30 years ago — long before “entrepreneur” became a buzzword.
Since then, I’ve built four businesses across retail, packaging, fitness, and business strategy – with each one teaching me what it really takes to build something that lasts:
Essential Packaging Inc. – A brick-and-mortar turned e-commerce retail packaging company that showed me how to scale systems, lead teams, and create brand consistency across hundreds of products.
Emerge Fitness Studio – A boutique women’s studio where I learned the power of community, service experience, and the importance of clear client journeys.
Event & Décor Business – My creative crash course in branding, client management, and adapting quickly when trends (and budgets) change.
Business Foundation Strategy – The culmination of it all — where I combine strategy, empathy, and 33+ years of real business experience to help Founders & Solopreneurs fix their foundations before they scale.
Each venture sharpened a different skill set — leadership, marketing, pricing, messaging, and scaling — and every lesson shows up in tin how I work with clients today.
While they all have provided me with wonderful wins and difficult challenges, they all taught me one thing:
